Hello folks,
Its been a initiave from all of us to Save Nature, in an attempt to fight Global Warming. A lot is being read & written across the society through various websites & emails, but more needs to be brought into actual practice. Can we all do the following today :
1. Stop using plastic bags. Also, propagate this to others around us.
2. Generate paper bags through old newspaper or other used papers. New innovative ideas are welcome.
3. Try to organise a disposition methodology for used plastic bags that are already under circulation.
4. Talk to the departmental stores / vendors, whom each one of us interact, to replace plastic bags with paper bags.
5. Look for sponsors for such paper bags - big companies like RELIANCE, AIRTEL, VODAFONE, KING FISHER could be requested to sponsor such bags & distribute free of cost to various stores - this will be a good medium of advertisement for them.
I welcome more ideas for the above referred effort.

there are instances where the merchant gives you a small discount if you carry your own bag.
